My favourite brand for years!!! Everything I've bought from them was great. Some eyeshadows in some palettes are stiff. But it's happening with all cosmetics brands. The best quality eyeshadows are from the tin palettes. The lipsticks are the best. Long lasting and very pigmented. Every single time I'm wearing theirs lipsticks I get so many compliments and people asking me what lipstick I'm wearing. Overall I love it! The customer service are so helpful and reply me on Instagram in minutes and also when I call customer service they were promoted and very kind and helpful. In store customer service are so helpful, friendly, kind and professional. Every time I go in Carnaby Street store they are so inviting and friendly. Not pushy or b*tchy at all like others brands. I always had a great experience.

Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Extremely clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately.

I like their concealer, but that’s about it.

I have tried a lot of their other products such as their eyeliner,mascara,matte foundation, born this way foundation, setting powder.

They’re all trash. Do not waste your money on their products. You can get something way better and cheaper at the drugstore.


Their eyeliner:

They claim that their eyeliner is waterproof & smudge proof. This is far from the truth. It smudges so fast within 15mins. And the rain makes it even worse. Do not buy the eyeliner. But the one from KatvonD or maybeline instead.

Mascara:
Their better than sex mascara is so clumpy. I do like the wand, but the formula suck. The Maybeline Sky High mascara is much better.

Matte foundation & normal foundation:

They both make your pores look so big, and crease a lot.

Setting powder:
They only have one colour, which is way to light (sometimes even to dark) for many. It also makes ur face look patchy.

So if you do want to buy something from them, buy their concealer. Everything else is A WASTE OF MONEY.

Love the brand Two Faced! Especially the mascara! OMG it's fantastic. Great long lasting wear, with product lines directed towards the different skin types perfectly!

I love your cosmetics! I especially love your highlighters. Everything is long-lasting, lasts well, no complaints.

This company is a joke and their customer service is non-existent.
After 2 months and numerous copy and paste replies along the lines of "our customers are very important to us and we are very sorry you're having difficulties with your order" I'm still waiting.
They're just wasting time as every time you contact them they say they'll get back to you in X working days. But they never do and so the weeks go by with no solution.

placed my order a week ago and it still hasn’t turned up and i never received a dispatch email. bought my products well in advance to take with me on my holiday and i’m flying out tomorrow.

I ordered a pallet from them and every time that they sent the pallet they sent and make up bag instead I’ve called it called I have three new make up bags no pallet they said the bin numbers matched up but they did not I’ve gotten three bags no pallet still charge for the pallet pretty irritating
